Have lodged a claim through Applecare to get a replacement phone. Submitted this on the 10/05/17. To date 24/05/17 have still had no response. I have gone in to see what was going on and the only help I got was" I don't know they must be out of stock." To me that is unacceptable considering I was told 5-7 working days for a phone. They have not contacted me once and have not even attempted to follow up. Not impressed and will not be doing business with them again. STILL HAVE NO PHONE!!!!!!

Trisha and Lisa were awesome when my husband's iPhone became terminal. They liaised with Apple, gave us sound advice and potential timeframes, and communicated with us promptly, every step of the way. The phone was replaced by Apple, at no cost to us, and my husband picked up his new phone from Mac Choice exactly one week after the old one was taken in. The standard of customer service provided was exceptional, their knowledge was comprehensive, and the outcome, perfect. I would endorse and recommend this business without hesitation.

Brought my iPhone life proof case from these guys a few months ago, and it has been the best phone case i have ever had, keeps all the dust and moisture out of my phone and protects it from any falls and drops. Was a bit pricey but nothing compared to a screen replacement or broken phone would cost me.
