About Macdonald Law Toowoomba
MacDonald Law continues to be family owned and operated. This makes us best placed to help you and your family with your most pressing legal problems. Without compromising our robust knowledge of the law, MacDonald Law has continued to provide empathetic and sensible legal advice for more than a decade. Firm founder, Shane MacDonald, remains tied to the heart and soul of MacDonald Law through its core values and through his children, Sarah-Jane and Jag, who continue the MacDonald Law legacy. With their relative youthfulness, vigour and the support of an outstanding team, Sarah-Jane and Jag drive the MacDonald Law team to provide top-notch service 7 days per week. We understand that your legal problems don’t stop at 5pm on a Friday. We invite you to tell your story, which is at the heart of every legal problem, on your own terms and at a convenient time. Understanding when to “negotiate” and when to “fight” can be one of the most difficult decisions you make during the legal process. Our team are well versed in both the inside of a Court room and the external Court process, resulting in a refreshingly unique representation by Solicitors who are simultaneously experts at negotiation and unfazed by the prospect of legal proceedings.
