Mackay Whitsunday Taxis

Sat night 06/ 02/2021 called 13cabs at 12:55!! Now 2:25 and still no cab! It’s a 15-20 drive from Airlie Beach so wtf are they!!! So bad I do not recommend them. I am furious to have been kept waiting 2 hours for a taxi.

Got off the bus, from Townsville, took 4 minutes to answer the phone and, I am still waiting for over half and hour for a taxi to show up....... Still waiting.......

Terrible, we ordered a taxi for them to cancel it over 3 times to pick up others - might want to find another way home

Called multiple times for a taxi to get to work, saw about 7 taxis drive by as I was waiting for 30 minutes and tried to wave them down to no success. Ended up having to take the bus to work and was late for my shift. keep in mind this was before 7 am. Worst taxi service I've ever experienced. Extremely disappointed in this company.
