Geoff uses high quality materials in his work and maintains the most up to date product knowledge so you as the customer receive the benefits. The customer is the most important focus to Geoff and although rare if due to unforeseen circumstances he can't make a scheduled time he will phone you to reschedule at your earliest convenience. Doesn't answer the phone or return calls. On the strength of posted reviews I called and left messages on both his office number and mobile. I didn't even get a response. Sadly this is typical of all plumbers in this area.

What a great tradesperson and customer service. Due to unforeseen circumstances with job day before, he was held back and was unable to make original booking. Had rung and advised us immediately. Was very apologetic and not only did he turn up the allocated time the following day (Sunday), he was determined to solve job that morning for us rather than returning back. Thanks for your dedication to your work and nice surprise to catch up with an old friend. Keep up the great work Geoff

OMG, a tradie who actually turned up, MacKenzie Plumbing was the fourth plumber I phoned as the other three never turned up or called me back. Thanks so much for turning up and doing a great job.

Thanks Anna, sometimes us tradies get a little busy running from one job to another & as hard as we try we may forget someone along the way. It's not deliberate but it does happen. Glad you're happy with my work, give me a call when you're ready to look at that roof.

I highly recommend Geoff, he is an honest & reliable tradesman who took the time to explain to me and show me what he had to do to repair a major leak in our bathroom. I really appreciated him not treating me like a silly woman for asking him questions. Thank you for your respect.

I had 2 plumbers out to fix my leaking roof & neither fixed the problem even after I paid for the repairs. Although a little rough around the edges & he swore a bit, I am very grateful for Geoff as my roof hasn't leaked since he fixed it. Thanks
