We had a water leak to a balcony for some 15 years that many trades had tried to fix. Cam's advise and methods sealed the leak effected balcony. Since this job, we have engaged MGC to complete renovations on our home and we are thrilled with the service and attention to detail.

Our home was custom built, some 25 years ago. A short time after construction the roof leaked. After several builders failed attempts, we found Cam at Maintenance Guys Constructions. Immediately after the repairs, we where hit with a cyclone - and what a test that was. Cam was the only builder that could identify and fix our leaking roof. The trades of Maintenance Guys Constructions have been so amazing, there is no evidence of any repairs. What started as an insurance water leak in our Gold Coast investment property, soon revealed termite attacks to the entire lower level including the stairwell. We soon found out there is no insurance for termite attacks. We delt directly with the builder Cam, and being interstate, where kept informed of progress. The entire house frame was rebuild and the entire house reinstated. We also asked MGC to take over the insurance repairs, as we now know the standards of finishes. Although at a higher cost to insurance repair work, the standards of finish are faultless. Originally we planned to sell the property at completion, but after seeing the works of MGC, we have kept the investments without question.
