I made arrangements via phone calls and a text message for someone to call from Maitland plastering for a quote on some work. Although I contacted the person that very morning to confirm the visit I just ended up sitting around for 3 hours and no one turned up. When I phoned his number again it went straight to message bank. UNRELIABLE. I will look for better customer service elsewhere.
