Me and my 15 year old friend drove 30 minutes to watch smile. We payed for our movie and snacks and we’re about to leave to go into the movie when we were asked for ID. What 15 year old carry’s around an ID card let alone has one. This is an absolute outrage we had to travel another 30 minutes home after watching no movie. We had a parent with us and they talked to the staff and we were still not allowed to enter. Terrible service, never will be going back to kempsey cinema i will now always be going to nambucca cinema instead. Do not recommend!
