I took my car in for a wash and when I picked it up the bonnet was covered in scratches. I approached the manager who denied any responsibility and as far as he was concerned end of story. He said it was scratched when i dropped it off. I was absolutely devastated and left in tears in the Stockland car park. I was treated so badly.
