Be very careful with this place. They can/will wreck your car. I had to take mine here for an airbag recall. They made a complete mess of the dash, instrument cluster was loose and dangling, tears to the lining, broken air vents etc. After I complained to Subaru they offered to repair it and give a 'free' service for my trouble. I took the car to my usual mechanic a couple of weeks later for another matter, and he noted Malouf had failed to secure the oil filter back in place, leading to a dangerous loss of engine oil. He was almost certain this was in retaliation for my complaint to Subaru, and that a few more days of using the car without his intervention would have led to a catastrophic seizure of the engine.

Just would like to thank Josh and Ross for a fantastic sales service. They make a great team and were very helpful. Thank you both so much. I thought i would be a Nissan driver for life but Josh changed my mind for the better lol. Great work guys - top service

I recently put my Colarado 7 LTZ in for it's 30,000km service. The young girl behind the desk was amazing. She was juggling the bookings/customers/phone calls in the Service Dept.....she was fantastic! The customer service was faultless - even at 5pm after a no-doubt hectic day. Genuinely friendly and super-efficient.
