About Man 2 Man Counselling
Are you currently struggling with something personal? Are you unhappy with certain aspects of your life? Do you live with Anxiety or Depression? Do you simply need someone to talk to? At Man 2 Man Counselling my aim is to assist clients to discover the root cause of these issues and more. Within an environment of safety, understanding and support, clients are able to take time out from the pace of everyday life and explore issues that are affecting them personally. Clients can use this time to find reasons for why they are the way they are, and why they may react to certain situations in the way that they do. With time to slow down, and with the use of mindfulness techniques, these issues can be explored on a deeper mind/body level helping understanding and new information to be gained. Sometimes, people can see therapy as intimidating. They may feel unsure or uncomfortable about taking that first step towards facing their fears and reaching for personal growth. My hope is to provide a down-to-earth, relaxed and safe space for people to feel comfortable in. I want to help my clients not just function in life - but, thrive.
