Ladies in the front office lack basic customer service and communication skills. Yes, understood we are all busy and have extra pressures these days and we were happy to wait for service's but treating people with respect and using open and honest lines of communication during the process is still a thing these days. Just because there are only a few places our small town to go to for this sort of service doesn't excuse or give any business the right to treat customers in a rude, non communitive or sub standard way. I did try to approach them calmy to discuss as is recommended here, but they were instantly defensive and very abusive so took myself out of the situation. Note: The boys out the back did a good job at fixing the car though.

Excellent work, friendly staff…these great folk fixed my ‘’08 Barina front end damage last week..saved my car!! A previous rural shop quoted twice as much & my insurer was going to total out my wonderful 13 yr old otherwise in great shape car! My 20+ year Friend & insurance broker recommended Maryborough Smash Repair and I am grateful & very impressed with their work👍
