When my father died, and we were in a vulnerable state we sought a mason who was caring, empathetic and understanding. After numerous phone calls we found Matt and Merina - Stone Masons. They looked after everything dealing with local Councils through to completing the job with no fuss or bother. I cannot praise this local business high enough, they provided a beautiful headstone and internment made out of Sandstone, hand carved by Merina herself - the old fashion way. Merina prides herself on using natural materials. Don't hesitate to give them call, we found them to be reasonably priced on comparison with larger more commercialised masons. Thank you Merina and Matt for doing a great job and supporting us at this time.

I have worked with Matt and Marina as a project manager on a number of jobs now in the Port Macquarie area and their professionalism, attention to detail and high quality of work of is second to none. Matt and Marina were asked to do a carving of our beloved greyhound who has passed away. They were helpful, friendly and very easy to work with right from day one. Only wanting to produce the best result for us. Willing to make any adjustments we might of wanted. The end result is an extremely beautiful and unique art work of our "Jack". We are so grateful for the care and skill put into creating this one off sensation. We would never hesitate to recommend Matt and Marina to anyone wanting a professional job done. I couldn't recommend Matt and Marina highly enough. I commissioned them to make two gorgeous sandstone pieces for me, both replicas of an ancient stone tablet. They only had one picture and a phone conversation with me to go on, and my goodness did they deliver two amazing pieces, which were more beautiful than I could ever have hoped for. They made an exact replica of the tablet for me, which really is as if I'm looking at the original. The tablet features a goddess and they really captured the exact expression on her face, and all the little details, down to the jagged edge where the original tablet is broken. Unbelievable. Matt used the same picture to create a 3D standing statue of the goddess, and he really worked magic. He brought her to life so beautifully, I'm completely in awe of what he's created. Both Matt and Marina were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I know they worked very very hard to get these pieces completed and delivered to Sydney. I'll be forever grateful.

Matt & Marina were recommended to me for feature stone work I planned for the external walls of my new house. Matt started off the process by recommending to me a great supplier of well priced stone that saved me money - thanks Matt! I cannot fault the finished job - the selection and laying of stone and overall high quality finish is fantastic and I could not be happier with the final outcome. My business involves the development of luxury residential properties and it is rare to come across tradesmen that get it right first go, do not cut corners and take pride n their work to deliver the bets possible outcome. I have worked with Matt before and always been very impressed by his skill and application. This was my first job with Matt and Marina I was equally impressed with the new team. They worked well together, got along well with all trades on site, showed super stonemasonry skills, and got the job done in good time. Their experience was also very helpful in achieving the difficult heavy installation tasks. Looking forward to more projects together, 11/10

I contracted Matt and Marina to restore the random sandstone slab cladding on the old ES&A / ANZ Bank in Wingham. The work they did was excellent. The work they did was not only beautiful but they were just such a delight to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. While they ripped through the work really fast, they also took time and care in looking at the original images and trying to match the cuts and colours as close as possible. Their rates are really reasonable as well. I can not recommend them enough.
