Unfortunately our OC is difficult because its flood prone. We never take flood insurance. I have been told I can't complain or MBCM will resign. Flex insurance over 4K in brokerage for 6 months. ACE Lake Eildon got this renewal. It was then refused another over $4k brokerage wasted. Then MBCM Brokerage over $4,000 for 6 months again. What do we do for the next 6 months. If this continues people will lose their homes. And the facility looks disgraceful. No gardening plan sactioned again by MBCM. No valid reason
