No, we do not have a call out fee during standard business hours but we do have a minimum one hour labour charge.

What payment terms and what payment methods does McArthur Plumbing accept?

Our invoices are emailed upon completion of the job. Payment is due within 7 days and can be made via bank transfer, bank deposit, cheque, cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

What I experienced today was customer service at an extreme level. Ben arrived promptly and made the repair with care and professionalism. But that's not it... My 82 year old, retired builder father was very upset that he could not undertake the repair himself. Ben saw this and stayed with dad telling him stories of his small childrens' 'building' exploits until dad calmed down and raised a smile again. Thank you Ben, you gave a very proud man his self respect back.

Sandy is such an awesome guy! Very professional, on time and hard working. He is definitely my number 1 choice of a plumber. If he can seems a little bit grumpy somtimes, it's just because he wants to finish the job quickly to keep it the most affordable as possible. Awesome!! Thanks Sandy
