McDonald's Charlestown Square

I ordered an extra hot (80+ degrees specifically) and half strength cappuccino, got asked what is half-strength, is it like a quarter shot flat white... Also didn't know if they could make at 80+ degrees, which they can, allowed limit is 83 degrees at McDonalds restaurants. No eye contact, friendly smile or asking me if the order was correct at the payment window, they were however laughing at their phones (two of them doing the job at this window). At delivery window, waited 5 minutes to get an icey cold something, it wasn't a coffee. Got moved on to next window to wait yet another several minutes, finally arrived, received next coffee and surprise it was only tepod warmth, NOT extra hot. I was at the final window with no way to send it back, nor ask for a refund as it wasn't what I ordered (they do this all the time to move you on). Given feedback (this time and before about other orders) and nothing changes, experience is the same each time. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
