They overpromise and underdeliver.
In August 2023 I was sent a quote which I accepted due to the turnaround time being 5-7 working days.
Weeks passed and I received nothing. They often take days and sometimes over a week to respond to any emails.
Finally once the product was delivered the quality was absolutely terrible. At first I thought it was a joke because the quality of work was that poor.
At that stage I had already wasted months and I asked for a refund. They said to give them another chance, so I did.
It was more of the same, no responses to emails for days and often over a week.
Once again the work provided was laughable.
In the end I have had to contract another company to complete the 3D renderings. They had to start from scratch because the work completed by MegaCheap3D wasn't even close to being usable.
I have attempted to get my money back from them and my emails are ignored. They have blocked my phone number too.
