Honest, professional and creative……I always have my jewellery repairs done at Melville’s because I know from experience that the piece I put in for repair is the piece I get back, cleaned, polished and beautifully repaired, for a very reasonable price. Melville’s melt old gold pieces and re-design to your specifications. I have had several pieces made this way and very happy to say the jewellers take the time to listen to your ideas and each and every time I have been pleased. I highly recommend Melville’s jewellers and the quality of their work.

I have dealt with Melville jewellers for approximately 20yrs and in that time I have had numerous repairs done and also a few remakes which I have been very happy with the results.Neil is always very honest and helpful with me and on occasions when I'm in doubt he always reassures me and in the end the pieces always turn out better than my expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having repairs done to there jewellery or having there piece changed and remade into something stunning..

I have dealt with this company for the last 40 years and have never experienced or heard of any problems of this nature. I am in the jewellery industry and I highly recommend Melvilles Jewellers for quality work. Worst jeweller I have ever dealt with! Completely untrustworthy!! Please do not leave your precious pieces with this jeweller. I have never dealt with someone so untrustworthy and unwilling to admit fault in my life. He completely scammed my great grandmother. She took a very sentimental bracelet in with a stone which had fallen out and needed to be reset. She was told it would be an hour, she returned and it was not done. Went back a few days later to be given her bracelet with a completely different stone in it...not the same colour or shape. Very obviously different. And this low life assured my 94 year old grandmother that this was the stone she left. Completely disgraceful to take advantage of an elderly lady like that

Have had two watch batteries put in from this jeweller. Both times straight after the glass fell out when I got it home. The first time fixed no worries. Second time he denied it was his fault and wouldn't fix it saying it was faulty. A Longines watch. Very rude to me! I do NOT recommend this owner/jeweller!!!!!!!!
