We can be employed by either the Lessor, Agent or the Tenant to carry out a detailed Entrance Inspections on a rental home. Our form complies with the Residential Tenancy Authority (RTA) guidelines. It is a comprehensive report with photographic evidence with comments on the photos for further details, ideally carried out prior to occupation. Our aim is to aid in Tenant's deposits being appropriately reimbursed whilst protecting Landlords assets. It is a completely unbiased report. We also provide a comprehensive service for Pool Safety Inspections and Consultations. A valid Pool Safety Certificate is required when renting or selling a property. However a Pool Safety Consultation is an advisory service to help you to meet the Queensland requirements for Pool Safety Barriers of which every property in Queensland has to met by November 2015. You will receive a detail photographic report detailing what is required, but our service doesn't stop there, we will also talk to your workmen if they have any questions while pricing or carrying out the work.
