We have had Carl to help get our computers back on track several times, and have now purchased a new laptop from him. We have found Carl very helpful and professional, especially as he was dealing with the "older generation" and not very tech savvy. He has slways rrived promptly at the time he said he would be here. I would recommend Carl to anyone who may be having any technical problems.

Carl is an amazing asset in the IT field. There is nothing that he cannot attend to. A minor or a major issue, Carl should be your choice. He is a minefield of knowledge: he is prompt, fast in in his work and always affordable. Would not use anyone else. Thanks Carl for always being available. Jude and Warren.
