Avoid this company at all costs! I paid $149 for a technician to come out, only for them to take a few photos of my air conditioner and give me an exorbitant verbal quote for repairs. They didn’t even turn the unit on or properly assess the issue. The technician couldn’t explain what was wrong and seemed indifferent. After two frustrating phone calls with customer service, they refused to refund the call-out fee. It was a complete waste of time and money. Stay away!

Metropolitan plumbing quoted me $12,000 to replace a hot water system. Insanely inflated price!!!! Offered me interest free finance if I agreed to go ahead with the quote on the spot. Dread to think how many vulnerable people get ripped off. I had a local plumber fix the system for $90.

I called this Company as I had a leak in my bathroom. They came out and charged me over $140 call out fee and then over $700 to replace 2 flexible hoses on my bathroom taps. I am an aged pensioner and feel that I was ripped off by them. Very Angry and will never use them again.
