I do not write this bad review lightly but tonight the service was so bad that I feel it is justified. My ill family member and two pizzas sat for twenty minutes while waiting on the pasta that I had ordered for a specific time. A half hearted sorry, no offer of a partial refund - just a "well, don't order online" .... Belle - that is not customer service.

We absolutely love our chicken parmigiana and spaghetti bol, but tonight the chicken had burnt bits on it and not much bolognaise sauce, quite dry, a little disappointed, as I said usually it’s absolutely amazing, but it needs to be amazing every time, I will get it again and hopefully they read these, so they do better

Chicken princess is great and it tastes like heaven. excellent value for money too. More people need to know about this place.

Pizzas were beautiful but a little disappointed that the menu advertises that the cheap Tuesday meal comes with a family dessert but we didn't receive it. After getting home, we rang and were told that the dessert is not part of the deal anymore, even though it is still advertised on your website. Kids were very disappointed..........
