How is life coaching different from therapy or counselling?
Life coaching is a forward-thinking approach of support that focuses on your foreseeable future by teaching you positive and proactive ways to help you change and be the best version of yourself.
Where does coaching take place?
Personal coaching sessions with Michelle may be taken online (via Zoom) or in person. In-person private sessions are conducted in the consultation room at Ridge Health Food shop on Tuesdays, between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and booked to suit the client’s schedule.
