I had a terrible experience with Mid Coast Hearing. I was charged heaps for a hearing ai6 when in fact I was eligible for a free one as a pensioner.

Thank you Graeme for your review. As per our phone call, we pride ourselves on being open and transparent. We have always maintained that any pensioner can get a hearing aid that is completely paid for by the government. You chose a hearing aid where you paid a gap between what the government pays and the cost of the device and purchased them over 6 months ago. If you had of returned the device to us within 30 days of purchase you would have received your money back. We always appreciate our client's honest feedback and if there is anything we can do to improve our services.
