I am never someone to leave a negative review, especially for a hospitality venue, but we have visited multiple times given the convenience of the location only to be dissapointed time and time again. As multiple other reviews have highlighted the customer service is non existent, coffee consistently burnt, food underwhelming and overpriced for the quality.
To charge an additional $1.50 for milk alternative on top of already high base price seems steep, especially if you are going to to burn it.
This morning I witnessed the lady who I assume is the owner/manager be outrightly rude to multiple customers.
Overall we have been made to feel like an inconvenience every visit (I can assure you we are the least difficult people) and not once thanked for our patronage.
I really do hope management take on board the feedback provided by the many less than positive reviews, as we love supporting small local businesses but until than we will not be returning.
