Carol and her husband Luke are amazing coaches. I was a very difficult client to have at times and found it hard to open up but they never gave up on me. Its not a understatement to say that the training i received with Luke has changed my life. I am more involved with my kids, my relationship is better with my partner and I'm more present at work everyday. The skills that I have learnt have allowed me to be more productive and also in general a better human being,. I would not hesitate to recommend the course to anyone, no matter their background or circumstances. We can all learn more about our behaviors and especially how to steer ourselves away from negative ones and towards positivity.
