We didn’t an issue with our camper trailer’s raising mechanism. Called in to see if they could help. We were only traveling through but they dropped everything and within an hour had it fixed and we were able to continue our trip. Service was friendly and first rate. Two very grateful and happy travelers. We Highly recommend them Ken & Rozeta.

We were very lucky to break down right at the entrance to Tobermory Station on the Plenty Hwy & limped in to their van park. Wendy in the office was so helpful and allowed us to use the stations phone to call RACQ. They organised us to be towed into Mt Isa by Miners Mate., the local RACQ reps. This necessitated a 560klms round trip for them to collect our car & caravan, a dry & dusty trip with a short comfort stop at the Urandangie Pub. The guys at Miners Mate were awesome, they ordered parts from Brisbane & fixing the problem in record time. We can't thank them enough, the service was great & all involved were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
