Mission Australia helps people of all ages gain the skills and confidence to find and keep a job. We understand that employment has the potential to change lives. For more than 30 years now, our dedicated teams have been assisting those who have experienced barriers to employment, whether they have been educational, personal or health-related issues. Working closely with government, businesses and training organisations throughout the country, we help change lives, families and communities for the better through employment. At Mission Australia, our efforts are focused on making a difference to a person's health and wellbeing, financial situation and even impact their social and family life. One of our innovative approaches is Social Enterprise�business ventures that achieve social outcomes and generate enough income to cover their running costs. As well as providing local jobs and training, social enterprises work with communities to enrich local lives. Our services include: Employment solutions, disability employment solutions, apprenticeships, free recruitment service to employers, Indigenous employment programs, skills for Education and Employment Program (SEE) and Indigenous Youth Careers Pathways Program (IYCP).
