MLB Design & Construction was founded by Mark & Charissa Buchanan around their commitment to providing quality homes to Gympie and its surrounds. Mark is a multi award-winning Master Builder, and over the last 15 years has provided quality building services to the South Queensland area, becoming renowned for his workmanship, clear communication and ability to deliver projects on time and on budget. Mark attained his Certificate III in Carpentry before furthering his education with a Certificate IV in General Building and Construction, and QBCC Low Rise Builders Licence. He has been the recipient of numerous Master Builders' awards while managing many high-end projects; such as new homes, removalist homes, commercial buildings, renovations and extensions. Mark's key point-of-difference is his commitment to achieving a high standard of finish, on which he has built his reputation. Offering a personalised service, Mark walks closely with his clients throughout the whole building process to ensure that they are confident and at ease with a product that suits them, their lifestyle, land, and budget. Together with extensive hands on experience and friendly, approachable staff, Mark and his team are committed to caring for their clients in all aspects of their service.
