I arrived 5min before closing and was given polite, friendly service. I was offered options about how they could fix my tablet and things were explained to me clearly. They then stayed back after hours and fixed it for me on the spot. I even asked for another product which they did not have in stock so they practically gave me one they used personally to save me another trip in. I could not be happier with the way in which the service was delivered. Thank you.

The young fellow tried all day to fix a problem l had with 2FA on my phone for Facebook. He reset and said he backed it up. Well l got some photos and contacts . I lost all emails and messages. Some important. . I do banking on line with banks they are gone . So need to go to both banks and fix it. Lost all my documents and files.The original problem was still there. Paid took my phone home. It was a gift my son brought at Xmas. In the left hand corner the glass is cracked omg. He would have known he did it but no apologies. I deleted Facebook problem gone. But now have all these other problems to deal with. Very unprofessional. Not happy.

The guys in there are fantastic! super helpful with everything I needed help with (and it was a lot!) and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. Thanks again guys, your awesome!
