Our Modure Constructions experience started with an interior kitchen and living area renovation and continued with our outdoor living and BBQ area upgrade. Having never gone under renovation before, we had multiple quotes done by other companies to have a bathroom renovation done and two rooms under our highest house. The estimate done by Jarrod was very realistic, and came within our budget, not only this, we felt that Jarrod had a great understanding on what we were hoping to achieve with the renovations. We felt their modure team were very competent, courteous in how they went about their work. Their work done had exceeded all our expectations by a far. We would have no hesitation in employing this company again, or referring to others.

Modure Constructions completed our major home renovation from January - March 2016, and to say we are pleased with the result is an understatement. We spent a few months looking for the right building contractor - someone who was flexible enough to work with our own designs, knowledgeable enough to advise us when we were out of our depth, and realistic in their fees. We found all of this and more with Jarrod and the team at Modure. Being our third renovation (and the largest so far), we had a good idea of what to expect, but sometimes needed some help planning when things got technical. From the very start, the team were full steam ahead, working very quickly to make our dreams a reality. They kept an extremely clean job site and Jarrod's communication with us was fantastic, always checking in to make sure our expectations were managed and that we were happy with the progress. Modure were also excellent with keeping to the budget. Whilst there were some variations to the original job cost due to us changing our mind or adding to the renovation, we never felt unfairly charged and were satisfied in knowing we were getting real value for money. The quality of work done by Modure was exceptional, and it was obvious how much pride Jarrod had in his team and the work being done. Modure Constructions is definitely Mackay's next big thing. Jarrod and Kate's dedication to their work is a rare find and we would have no hesitation is recommending Modure Constructions for any type of building project. For anyone looking to renovate, do yourself a favour and speak to Modure when you want a job done right.
