In 2021 we contracted Gerard Powell/MOJAC CONSTRUCTIONS to carry out an extensive renovation of our almost 40 year property. Throughout the renovation, Gerard was ALWAYS totally open and honest in his communication, resolution of unexpected issues were without fuss and his building knowledge and experience were obvious in the whole process. The quality of the build by Gerard and his contractors(concreting, electrical, plumbing, plastering, cabinetry, solar)was totally up to our expectations. Testament to this, two years since its completion there has NOT been any concerns and recalls with the build. Without doubt, Gerard vindicated our choice of MOJAC CONSTRUCTIONS.
