Always easy, always knowledgable. I had a busted pipe and they got me the gear I needed to fix it myself. I got one set of dimensions wrong, and no worries, just nipped back and they replaced the item without any drama.

Fantastic customer service. They fixed my chainsaw, then sold me the correct tools to make my concrete floors shine. They provided me with genuine advice and are not as pricy as I thought they'd be. They know all the local tradies and put me in touch with a great roofer. Stay away from other places and shop here for genuine small town knowledge and advice.
