Reflecting on my experience, I guess a shiny show room, and a focus on product sales equates to a business that does not care about service. If I could rate this business lower for service I would. Motor Mecca does not care - turn around times and excessive, pricing is outrageous, and their attitude to service does not align with any standard maintenance organisation. A very negative experience that has inspired me to take my business to Brisbane.
