Extremely rude and incompetent, criminally bad customer "service". Complete clown show. Sent the car for a service, was told ready around 4:30pm and wait for their call. We called to confirm this later. Their call arrived almost 4:50pm, a woman rumbled for about 5min saying we had to be there before their close at 5, then we had to pay over the phone and funds have to be received to pick up the car. I said we're just 10min away, when you finish we'd be there. We arrived, the woman appeared very angry and aggressive, threatened to walk off then THREATENED TO LOCK US OUTSIDE OF THEIR OFFICE IN HEAVY RAIN, "we're closed can't let you pick up the car", then pointing at her watch angrily saying is 2min past 5 etc. Is this shop serious? Threatening your customers because of your own incompetence? How can anyone this rude and this incompetent be hired?
