What should I wear to pilates?
Wear comfortable active-wear type clothing that allows you to move freely. Tights, shorts, T-shirts and singlets are all okay. Shoes are usually not worn during the class, and grip socks are a must.
What should I bring to pilates?
A water bottle, socks with grips underneath, and a small towel for perspiration is recommended.
