These guys know what they are doing. A Father/Son team (with extras) know their meats and produce high-quality products. Don't come here if you are looking for cheap meat. They are by no means expensive, but the quality, presentation and pride is that of a someone who knows what they are doing. This shop has had good butchers then shocking butchers (where you wondered if they were using blunt knives to carve the meat), fortunately we are back to the years of having GREAT butchers! We would travel to this butcher who smokes their own bacon, makes their own salamis etc. They have pride and this team is always friendly and happy to help! As a local of more than 13 years, we are pleased to have real, quality butchers back in the Mount Coolum Butchery!
