We specialise in Low Carb, Paleo Nutrition which places an emphasis on whole, fresh fruits & vegetables, moderate meat consumption along with eggs, nuts, seed and good fats & oils. Paleo avoids grains (especially gluten containing grains), sugar, industrial seed oils, processed foods, most dairy (if not tolerated) and legumes We can't wait to help you get back to feeling like the old you again!
