MyCar Helensvale staff were so friendly & efficient. I was handed an invoice which thoroughly detailed work done. I was delighted to learn I now have 12 months roadside assist anywhere in Australia. I can now cancel my RACQ & put money towards next service. Thank you Barry & team. I look forward to the next service.

Fixed my car after a bad job was done at another repair shop, showed up without notice and was repaired on the spot.Staff are very friendly and understanding , sick of being ripped off because i'm a woman . Thankyou you Mycar Helensvale will definitely be back.

I had a flat battery outside Helensvale Westfield. I called Adam from My Car Tyre & Auto, it was close to closing time. Within 5 mins they had me up and running and even though I wasn't a customer, there was no charge. I will deffinatly be using them when my car is due for a service. I highly recommend them. 😀

Thanks to the team at My Car Helensvale for helping me with my unexpected tyre issue. Also to Richard at Australia Fair for diagnosing the problem and tracking down the tyres. Very helpful staff, efficient and good after care.

Always professional and offer great service, the Guy's at Helensvale go above and beyond I always have my car serviced here. On Friday I had an access card slide down the centre console, in despair I rang to see if they could help at 4.30pm, they told me to come down, although they very very busy the manager came out with his trusty screwdriver and was able to retrieve my card, he virtually prevented a major crisis. They look after their customers extremely well. I would recommend MyCar Helensvale to anyone that wants a reliable group of mechanics(service techs) that not only know their stuff but also who care about their customers.
