We required a pink slip and the did that job well, however they recommended we did work straight away to remedy another problem at over $2000. We took the vehicle to our regular mechanic who quoted half the price but also on inspection said the work had already been done. Great relief at our mechanics honesty. Bitterly disappointed with Mycar and do not recommend.

I had a puncture on Friday afternoon, got on the computer and booked my car in at mycar Waratah to get 4 new tyres and a wheel alighnment, everything was completed by midday Saturday. A young lady called Erin handled everything for me, she was very informative, courteous, and I couldn't have been happier, she took all the tension away from me. The right girl in the right job. A 5star rating from me.

The service provided and the staff at Mycar Waratah were, exceptional when they serviced my camper. The service was completed within the time stated and everything was explained in detail. I would recommend Mycar Waratah.

I got an unexpected flat tyre today and although it was a Saturday, I arrived at very short notice and they were already busy, the team managed to fit me in!! I was also told I didn’t need a replacement tyre and they were happy to fix the puncture super fast and free of charge! Turned a stressful morning with 4 little kids out in the cold into such a positive experience! Thank you so much!

Had a puncture in my tyre and Mark was able to help me by replacing the tyre asap. Great service, professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend Mycar Waratah.
