Wonderful & helpful service.

Unfortunately, the quality of service with the new owners is extremely disappointing. My husband had 2 pairs of jeans to be hemmed up, tried on one pair and was told by the owner he didn't need to try on the second pair as they were the same type. My husband wanted to try them on however was assured that would not be necessary. Unfortunately, when we collected the jeans one pair was far to short! I discussed this with the alterations lady who said nothing she could do about it. I then called the owner and left a message for them to call me back- I have given them 3 weeks and they have not responded to my call. Long story short- we then had to go and buy another pair of jeans, take them elsewhere for alterations which ended up being quite a costly pair of jeans. I would not recommend them at all!

Never answered the phone so lost my business.

These beautiful ladies done the most fantastic job in cleaning and repairing my sons 28 year old frog that was made by his Granma when he was little....when I went to pick it up they had him displayed in a box with vine leaves etc, he looked fantastic it nearly made me cry, so a great big THANK YOU ladies job well done !!!!!
