Narellan Pools

I wish I never used them. Not only did they leave me with a big mess to clean up, their workmanship was not their best as we had seen other pools done by them, we were patient with all the delays in the beginning due to the rain, but after that it was one excuse after another and when they finally did come it was "get in do a bit, get out onto the next job". The concrete they poured around the pool is uneven, not only in depth here and there but it's not even square, the tiles they laid are also uneven and badly laid, I don't even know how many time they came to "fix" them. Now they want another $800+ from us for a crane that was already quoted in the price, yes they had to use a different one but they havn't deducted that part off. Overall not a pleasant experience.
