From initial visit and sale by Andrew, to meeting Ben and going through the works process (which he also supervised throughout), to pool handover by Mark, dealing with Narellan Pools was a stress free and fantastic experience. Our 5m Nirvana plunge pool installation including fence and tiling was completed in just over 4 weeks. The workmanship and quality was excellent, and final cost was as quoted. We couldn't be happier!

An excellent finished product. We are thrilled with the quality and finish of our pool. A great team of tradesmen and friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend Sunshine Coast Narellan pools without hesitation. The only problem we have is getting the grandkids to go home.

I wish I never used them. Not only did they leave me with a big mess to clean up, their workmanship was not their best as we had seen other pools done by them, we were patient with all the delays in the beginning due to the rain, but after that it was one excuse after another and when they finally did come it was "get in do a bit, get out onto the next job". The concrete they poured around the pool is uneven, not only in depth here and there but it's not even square, the tiles they laid are also uneven and badly laid, I don't even know how many time they came to "fix" them. Now they want another $800+ from us for a crane that was already quoted in the price, yes they had to use a different one but they havn't deducted that part off. Overall not a pleasant experience.

About a year ago we started our renovation. We have had issues dealing with trades and hidden costs and budgets blowing out. But Narellan Pools have been one of the better trades people we have dealt with. They gave us a quote, organised installation and everything ran smoothly and kept within our budget. Mark is such a lovely down to earth friendly guy, have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who needs anything to do with pools. The family is loving the pool in this heat!

The most stunning portfolio of pools I have seen. The quality that Narellan pools turn out is breathtakingly beautiful. Mark and Tanya are just a lovely team, great communication and very impressive creative skills. They even take the time to explain how to look after your new pool in great detail. Very happy with the service and product here, would have no hesitations on recommending them.
