After three months being told to rest and elevate my left foot I asked for MRI, and I had a stress fracture on my metatarsal. not wanting to rest and elevate anymore I got an appointment with Royston, wow, what a difference. I had rate 8 pain before and now …4 weeks later I only have sometimes tenderness, I’m walking without a hobble. I’ve followed his advice little exercise and stretches. Thought being in 70’s meant I had to just accept it. Not so thanks to Ryston.

Ralston is an engaging and caring podiatrist. I have been attending his clinic for several years now and have found him to be clinically competent and professional at all times.

Ralston was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to give me the information on my condition and provide a solution (that did not include expensive ointments etc.) he was also able to give me information on new technology and techniques available for orthotics that would also help my everyday life. Definitely recommend for you or y our family.
