Coming from a very cold hospital room, having been pumped full of cold chemo for the past 7 hours, I was so looking forward to warm home!! No such luck - all sorts of flashing lights, Error this and that and a solution: call a specialist! I did, Richard who was just leaving work (Friday night) to go home, however, he made a detour and in the dark with just torch he fixed it! Apparently there was a surge earlier in the day and the older models (mine's very much older) tend to throw a hissy after a surge... It would have been a very cold weekend!!! Thank you Richard for your kindness and time - living in the Bay I am sometimes overwhelmed with the kindness of strangers!!!

Have used them previously and just recently to install a new air conditioner for ducted system . Reliable and efficient. Took so much care and even vacuumed afterwards, as well as taking the old systems and all packaging away. They even washed the ceiling filters out. Very happy and can highly recommend.
