I called and asked if I could get a broken window fixed on the weekend. I was told they would be away that Saturday but could do it the following Saturday. I reconfirmed on Thursday and was advised they would be at my place between 9 and 9:30 am. It is now 10:30 and they have not returned any of my calls so I would never recommend them. If they didn't want the job they should have said so.

As a real estate agent I engaged this company to come to site to fix a window. Initial engagement over phone was good. With a time and date set up. We stayed an extra night to meet the trades person who did no turn up. We called to see where he was, with a reply "on another job" no call or any advice to tell us he was not coming. Numerous SMS's to try and re-engage. Very poor service delivery and unreliable. Agent rating 1/10

The vandals made a terrible mess but because Nelson Bay Glass were so quick to come and repair the damage we lost very little stock as a result. Highly recommend.
