Attendant continued to clean bay when I arrived despite me waiting in plain site. Foam brush wouldn't work ask attendant for assistance he came and looked at it whilst the machine was continuing to count down time using most of the money in the machine before telling me he couldn't fix it and not offering to replace the money he wasted while attempting. End up costing double despite machine not working

Excellent customer service when I've needed it. All facilities are in excellent clean working order. Cheap Tuesday car wash is always a bonus.

Had my car washed in auto wash extreme wash costing $17 after the car dried of it was still dirty went back ask why this was and the lady told me if the car had road grime on it sometimes it won’t wash it of and to use the manual wash first the car was hand washed 6 weeks earlier. I thought a car wash meant to wash of road grime, she did offer me a voucher for a free wash but if it didn’t clean it the first time why would it work again. Won’t use them again.

I love the wash over North Bundaberg! It always cleans my car.
