Terrible service, we had to use this company as we have a Panasonic air conditioner and they are the service agent. They forgot to order a part for our air conditioner which we couldn't use for months. They were rude on the phone and hung up on my wife when she queried the invoice we received. Would never use them again.

The team from Newcastle Air & Refrigeration are absolute professionals. When the heat wave hit two weeks ago and our a/c stopped working, Josh responded quickly to my call for help. Within 24 hours, he’d been to assess the problem and sourced new parts within a few days. The replacement job was done soon after and the team were very accommodating to work around our schedule. Would thoroughly recommend this business.
