About Newcastle Caravan Repairs

Established in 2011, Newcastle Caravan Repairs started out in a small shed at Gateshead with 2 employees, and a part time admin person. Gradually we started to grow and 2 became 4. Eventually we grew out of our small shed and made the move to our current premises in Cardiff. We now employ 16 full time staff members, and our reputation for quality, friendly and fast service is continually growing. Our core business is repairing caravans, mostly on behalf of insurance companies. We also offer fully qualified mechanical servicing. Our company motto is “we specialise in first class Customer Service”, we offer a one stop shop for servicing, spare parts and repairs, all from the conveniently located spare parts showroom/workshop at Cardiff.

We had a bracket on one of our water tanks break on the Pacific motorway south of Newcastle. We Googled Newcastle Caravan Repairs. We arrived at their workshop at about 2.30pm on Wednesday. They organised a motel for us. They worked on the repairs that afternoon. The van was ready to pick up at 9.00am Thursday. I would recommend Newcastle Caravan Repairs to anyone who requires any repairs to their caravan. The staff are courteous and friendly and willing to satisfy their customers. Standard of service excellent
