Newcastle Student Accommodation

A big Thank You to the Management Team at Newsa. Had some maintenance issues in one of the properties and they came and fixed them on the same day. I have heard of many occasions with some other accommodation providers who never fix maintenance issues for years if at all. Well done people and greatly appreciated. :-)

I was an international student from Zimbabwe and stayed at this place. I would say this is one of the best student accommodations in Newcastle. I stayed at this place for more than a year and I have no complaints about anything. The landlords are very kind and understanding. Whenever you have an issue they are always there to help and resolve the problem as quick as possible. Also, the students here are soo friendly and you will never feel lonely. For me my housemates became more like family. Highly recommended and you won't regret it!

I lived in a student house on Bryant Street for a year, which was brilliant. Very close to everything, a short walk to the TAFE and nearby bus stops, 10 minute drive to the uni, 15 min drive to the beaches and 3 min drive to local Woolworths, Aldi, doctors etc. House was well kept, very communal. The landlords are so genuine and lovely. This accommodation is greatly recommend from myself for other students looking for the perfect home.

I moved into NewSA during my first year of Uni. I found the place via facebook while I was still in Canada. When I arrived, I was so relieved of the condition of the place, as it was so clean and tidy. My room was so cozy and made the transition so much easier. Meeting people here is a breeze and you will probably make life time friends here. Grahame and Kevin are the most accommodating landlords that I have ever had. If you are planning on staying here, I strongly recommend it, especially being an international student who has no house appliances because everything is there!
