What a great company! I wouldn't use anyone else. They cleaned my fabric and leather lounges, carpets and rug. It was a job well done, worth every cent. I have even recommended Nice threads to my parents already!

Very happy! From the initial request on their Facebook page through to the rug cleaning, my entire experience was fantastic. They provided lovely customer service and the friendly technician arrived on time. He also did a great job cleaning my rugs. Plus, they're more than 50% cheaper than other quotes!

Used them to clean my rugs twice now, and the rugs came up looking brand new every time. They are very professional and they do amazing work. The rugs and carpets look fantastic, best service ever! They are also understanding of little puppy accident and when you need them, they're there.
