As a return visitor to Nirvana to celebrate a special birthday with family I was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the property. We paid for a luxury home and the kitchen utensils, oven, fridge and linen were not that of a luxury home. Slimy water in fridge mould on utensils in kitchen and linen. Owner said issue with cleaner that could come and fix it. No compensation provided would have taken hours for cleaner to fix everything. Disappointing 😢 fo r such a lovely location. The property was unhygienic with the mould, photos provided to owner but he was not willing to negotiate fair compensation. S
